Recipe #3 with Green Tea and Lime Juice

  1. Take a bowl of water and soak 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in it.
  2. Take a cup of water and boil it until it becomes warm, do not overheat it.
  3. Add a bag of green tea in this water. Let it cool down for a few minutes.
  4. After the tea has completely dissolved in the water, remove the bag.
  5. Add freshly squeezed lime juice into the tea.
  6. Add brown sugar for taste and add ice cubes as well.
  7. Mix all ingredients and drink yourself a nice iced tea.
Additionally, you can also follow this basic daily diet:
  • For breakfast, eat oatmeal with chia seeds. You can also add a banana, 4 almonds to your oatmeal. Instead of coffee or tea, have a cup of green tea.
  • In the middle of the day, when you are hungry, do not munch on junk, instead have a boiled egg and a glass of fresh juice.
  • For lunch, have a salad and a glass of buttermilk.
  • Your evening snack can include a cup of green tea and a gluten-free multigrain biscuit.
